WCS Team USA 2004 is Aimee and Noh-Bunny. Selected at Anime Expo 2004 in Anaheim, California, they represented the United States in costumes from Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water and Dirty Pair. In 2004 there were only 4 representative countries and no Championship round, however, teams still participated in cultural events and the spirt of the cosplay summit. 2004 is also the first year of the Osu shopping center parade.
